Most Underrated Spot on Campus

TIVOLI’S STAIRWAY TO HEAVENLY STUDY SPACE

With more than eight buildings on Auraria Campus, including the ones in downtown, there are a lot of places for students to chill.

There are some places within these buildings students may not know about. These often empty study spaces could become the next hangout spot.

The Tivoli is home to the best hidden study space. Slightly above the Tivoli Turnhalle, when entering through the eastern entrance, next to the construction site, lies a secluded work area. To find this secret space, take the staircase to the left, which leads to this quiet sanctuary. This staircase to the heavenly study spot when looking for an on-campus workspace.

This underrated spot isn’t very crowded, partially because most students don’t know about it. The study haven offers things that many other spots on campus might not. For one, the place is quiet. Students might hear the chitter-chatter of busy passersby below, but it’s virtually soundproof.

Also, the place is pretty small. It’s not spacious, but enough to accommodate 20-30 students, making this room the best for quite time between classes.

There are several tables and chairs, and it is a perfect spot to do homework or eat lunch. Last, the view from the windows is undeniably gorgeous. On a sunny day, students can see downtown and the entirety of Auraria Campus.

As the semester boils down to an end, students can find bliss and seclusion in the Tivoli. Whether they choose to hang out or do some studying, the spot in the Tivoli is the place to be.
